Meet at 6.45 in the car park, the class starts at 7pm.

• First session is free and subsequent sessions are either £4 each or you can pay £30 in cash for 10 sessions which don’t have to be consecutive, so if you can’t make it one week then that won’t count.

Just arrive before 7pm as you will need to complete a form when it’s your first time and then sign a register after that.

Remember to bring water with you because you shall need it.

Don’t worry about being coordinated as it’s all in the dark.
